Woking Community Furniture Project – serving Woking for 25 years!

The Woking Community Furniture Project is a local, registered charity that provides donated furniture, household goods, and electrical items at low cost to people in Woking and the surrounding area, with a special focus on discounted prices for those in the community needing help. We rely entirely on donations from the public.

We consistently support around 2,500 people (1,000 households) who are suffering financial or other hardship each year. Moreover, in the last year, we have prevented nearly 80 tonnes of waste going to landfill sites and managed to re-use over 90% of the items we collected for re-use.

Whether you’re in need or simply want to pick up a bargain come along & see us at our North Road and Chapel Street shops. Open to the general public and referred customers at:

North Road: 10am – 4pm, Monday to Saturday

Chapel Street – Wednesday to Saturday

closed bank holidays

25 for 25 !   In 2022 Woking Community Furniture celebrates its 25th year helping those in need in Woking & surrounds. Our regular operation is entirely self-funding, but we need outside help for large one-off expenditures. In this regard we will need to buy a new van next year and seek to raise £25,000 towards this in our 25th year. We accept donations via our TOTAL GIVING page and hope you are able to help

Drop offs by prior arrangement only – please don’t drop items off while we are closed, we can’t use them & you may be convicted of fly tipping.
